When editing maessentals-server.toml and disabling player commands such as back, it does not disable it for the players.

To reproduce:
1.Run a forge server with maessentials,
2.Edit the maessentials-server.toml
3.Turn the server off and back on
4.Test commands with deoped account.

Expected behavior
/back command not allowed
