Describe the bug
Player position freeze when teleport from end to overworld. When this bug happens player need to reconnect in order to fix this.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Teleport to end
  2. Teleport to overworld

Expected behavior
Teleport player to destination.
