What should be added or changed?

Make rndtp distance include negativa coordinates instead of just positive.

Why should this be done?

Or is this how it's supposed to be? I've tried random teleport multiple times now and I only get placed in the positives,
never in the " - " negatives.
I've got the max distance teleport set to 85,000 blocks.

It depends on spawn location coordinates, if spawn is for example x =+5k and y = +5k and range is set to 2k you will never gets random teleport to negative coordinates.
