Describe the bug
When using /home I fall through the world and suffocate or fall into the void while loading
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set Home
2. Move far enough away for long enough to unload home location
3. use /home
4. Fall through to void or decently far into world

Expected behavior
Arrive at my Home After Loading
