[BUG] [1.20.1] The legendary effects disappear, but effects from other rarities remain after changing dimension using a waystone.

Describe the bug
When wearing legendary jewelry, and traveling to another dimension using a waystone, all legendary buffs disappear until you remove the item from its slot and then place it back in.

To Reproduce

  1. Step 1 : Place a legendary in a curios slot
  2. Step 2 : Take a waystone to another dimension
  3. Step 3 : done
