[Bug] 19.3 doesnt detect magiclib

Description

the crash report says to install a certain magiclib version, while i have a newer one and it also shows in the log that magiclib got loaded

ah also, i red the pinned question about the game not detecting magiclib, i didnt understand much but from what i understood i dont think that my case
