Refinery not producing anything

MC version: 1.12.2
Mod Version: Magneticraft_1.12-2.8.2-dev
Issue: Refinery seems to randomly stop producing an output. In this case, I have steam and hot crude in the refinery producing light oil, water and lpg. It just randomly stops and i can't seem to get it to work again unless i break it
