I just realized, that I can put any liquid into the Steam Turbine and it just works like it would be steam. I dont think this is considered to be so.

I know, I shouldnt be, but I can and it just works like with steam.

I just checked, there is a filter to only allow steam in the steam turbine tank, what pipes are you using to add liquids into the steam turbine?

I tested it with the Magneticraft pipes and with the Mekanism pipes
