This is a compatibility issue with the mod Apotheosis

Please describe this in more detail. How and when does Apotheosis spawn monsters that are not blocked? Which monsters?
Include a screenshot if possible and a log.

Apoth relies on the FinalizeSpawn event as the trigger for bosses and minibosses, you will need to cancel that to prevent those.
