The exception is thrown by line 41 of the LevelHelper.java file in the mod. Specifically, it is attempting to call the Level.m_6436_(net.minecraft.core.BlockPos) method on a null object.

Thanks for the report, I have fixed that e2659c2, within next few days I will release 4.1.0 with that fix included and then I will close this issue
