I face an error (below image) upon creating a singleplayer world, where it presents the error and then kicks me to the server list, which I find unusual for starting a singleplayer world

It is worth noting however, that I can start a singleplayer world in Creative, and then switch to survival without issue, yet I'm unsure if this will result in further issues down the line

I have attached the latest.log in which I was prevented from creating and entering a world in survival
My belief is that the error begins at the first [Server thread/ERROR] on line 5752 of the log

Also worth noting that upon game launch it displays "179" mods loaded, so it could be a compatibility issue on my end
Without the 2 mods and 1 library above however the game launches and creates worlds without problems
