When in the End if a chest that does not have its inventory generated yet explodes (tested with TNT) the server will close and crash trying to add the Enderium Smithing Template.

We are having the same issue, we had four crash's with this. We have temporary stopped this by banning the enderium smiting template and added a exchange in FTB quests so players can still get the items.
