Ive written is_enabled = false in [Features.CactusBleeding] and all the other features, and then I entered the game and bleeding was still applied from cactus and everything else. Ive restarted the game several times and made sure the config is saved with false's, but its just ignored.

Ive set chance = 0 everywhere and its still ignored and bleeding is applied

I am sorry. I have figured out that that bleeding effect was from Mahou Tsukai, not your mod...
