While most of this mod features are not enabled on bubbles coming from columns generated by soul sand or magma blocks. The few ones that are indeed enabled (popping animation I suppose) are enough to create big performance impact (and stuttering) when talking about farms with a lot of bubble columns.

In other words, vanilla bubble columns perform significantly better than this mod bubble columns on large scale.

I love this mod, so I would love to see if it's possible to have an option in config to completely disable this mod on bubble columns (that is, to have vanilla bubble columns while other bubbles are this mod ones).

I'm making this request because the performance impact while standing in some of my farms is so significant (and inconsistent) that I cannot have this mod enabled. And it's a shame because I would love to be able to enjoy the significantly better bubbles in the ocean, with trident, opening chests or seeing underwater explosions. Particularly, I love the bubble physics, it's so immersive to be able to push away bubbles. Thanks in advance!
