[Crash/Server startup failure] MalisisCore causes Mohist server to not start

Version of MalisisCore: malisiscore-1.7.10-0.14.3 for 1.7.10, completely blocks startup of Mohist server, version 28.

Running on Windows 10 (Build 19042.906 20H2)

Suprisingly enough, MalisisDoors (Which are reason for Core installation) do work.
