Allow the use of an existing custom door as a resource in door factory, this should essentially eliminate the "create/modify" switch.
Additionally, if any other resource(s) provided, the relevant part of a resulting custom door could be replaced with said resource. This should neatly resolve the problem of a bunch of used doors scattered around, once their frame no longer match your aesthetic expectations.
