I'm very fond of Chisels & Bits, and one of the things I particularly like it for is the ability to make walls which are less than 1m thick. It works really well to create walls centered in the middle of a block which are only 6/16th meters wide (just barely wider than a door) and to then use Chisels & Bits to be able to add trim, moulding, etc. The one problem is that doors insist on being placed at the block boundary. It would be great if they could be placed centered on a block so that they line up with a wall made along the center of the block.
