Issue: Hi-Tech Doors Displaying as a missing texture after being broken in creative mode.

Details:
After breaking the doors in creative mode, they appear as a missing texture and cannot be broken. I have exited the world several times. Only if you completely quit the instance/game will the issue be fixed. Other mods that are in the pack have not been shown to have caused this error either. A visual glitch in the game and does not seem to cause any other errors or issues in the world.
