MalisisDoors invisible untill you look at them

Got a strange thing, when encountering a door it will be invisible untill I look at it with my crosshair.
After relogging de doors reset and will be invisible again. they work like they should. no crashes etc.
As far as I know this didn't happen in single player. these screenshots are from a standalone small private server.
