Setup:

  • Forge 1.8.9 - 11.15.1.2318
  • malisiscore-1.8.9-2.1.6
  • malisisdoors-1.8.9-3.1.4
  • OptiFine_1.8.9_HD_U_L5

This combination will crash. With the older Optifine versions from OptiFine_1.8.9_HD_U_I7 downwards it works fine.
