This has been happening for quite a few mods in the log...

Minecraft Version: 1.12.2
Minecraft Forge Version: 14.23.5.2808
Malisis Core Version: 6.4.0
Malisis Switches Version: 5.1.0
Malisis Doors Version: 7.3.0

I'm not the mod author but the issue highlighted below is kind of unavoidable as that's java for you.

[05:10:45] [main/WARN] [FML]: The coremod MalisisSwitchesPlugin (net.malisis.switches.asm.MalisisSwitchesPlugin) is not signed!

This may be due to the fact of the author doesn't have a digital certificate as they cost an arm and a leg.
