[1.18] Spirit jar doesn't render items

After some testing I can say that it did appear after rejoin. But now it doesn't disappear when I'm taking items from it. Sync issue?

Leaving the area and coming back resolves it as well for me.

Should be fixed on latest 1.19 release iirc
