Hmm, this doesn't happen for me with Quilt Loader + (Q)FAPI + Malum + YACL. Maybe it's a macOS specific issue?

This issue does, indeed, appear to be on YACL's end: isXander/YetAnotherConfigLib#151 (comment)

Additionally, YACL appears to be trying to load Malum's unrelated GIFs for some reason...?
