What version are you seeing the problem on?

To replicate this just install the create mod & this one in the latest version of mannequins (maybe just on quilt im not sure i haven't got fabric and dont want to use it) when putting a diving helmet on the mannequin it instantly crashed me and everyone in the area and we we kept crashing upon rejoin.
