Tooltips are not shown double in the "Table Saws" and the second on in the wrong position

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Open the Dye Crafting Table Screen
2. Look for Item Tooltips

Expected behaviour
Show Tooltips only one time in the correct possible
