Minecraft 1.20.1
Map Atlases 1.20-6.0.9
First Person Model 2.4.4
Fresh Moves 3.0.1
The issue I face has to do with the atlas not rendering the arms the same way as the normal map.
First Person Model - Normal map - No Fresh Moves:
First Person Model - Atlas - No Fresh Moves:
As you can see, the atlas uses the vanilla hand renderers.
Makes sense, since Not Enough Animations is required for even normal maps to be displayed in first person.
I wouldn't have any problem with this rendering method if not for:
First Person Model - Normal map - Fresh Moves:
First Person Model - Atlas - Fresh Moves:
As you can see, this rendering method makes external arm parts (3d skin layers, curios parented to the arms) unsynch with the arm.
As far as I can tell, the only way to change it in a way that would fix my problem would be to render the Atlas as an actual map in 3rd person too...
Well, I don't expect this to be implemented, but maybe, just maybe?
That and someone having the same issue may look it up and find my post, at least finding some reassurance that this has been addressed.
Until then, I suppose I'll change the "Misc/In Hand Renderer" to off...
is what I thought, but it seems even as merely an item, it renders the arms its own way.
I hope at least this can be fixed?
I shall wait and hope.
Thank you.
