What is the issue?

Whenever you make a new pin on the map and try to delete it, it reappears after a few seconds like nothing happened.

How to replicate

1. Create a pin in the atlas
2. Hold shift and click the pin's bookmark on the left side of the screen to delete it
3. Wait a few seconds and notice how the pin reappears on the map, but not on the bookmarks to the left
4. After reopening the map, it reappears on the left as well.
