Frontiers sharing as a chat message

I was at the Journey Map Discord exchanging messages with mysticdrew and he came up with the way the chat sharing would present itself, here's a summarization:
1. instead of sharing a whole array of point coords, it would just send something of a manner of a hash"[Frontier]|q23jlkadsjlkf03ilkonasdf90nkasaslkdfasfjlk;234jlkvmfjlkqw3453lkjxvjlkk324jlklkj234cvjlk;asdfjlk324jlkaxcv" to quote mystic
2. it can be achieved with gzip compression of strings
3. the § symbol symbol shouldn't interfere as bukkit/spigot/paper servers strip that
I guess that's all, rest was just a nonsense mumbling
