It can be really annoying, if a player is on a border of frontiers and the title is displayed over and over in short periods. Can we have a "timeout", so if a player crossed frontiers back and forth it doesn't get displayed if it happened for example 5 seconds ago?

I'm currently implementing a few complicated changes, when I'm done I'll do something to fix this. I don't know if it's as simple as setting a timeout, I don't want players to miss a title between two frontiers and think they're on the wrong frontier.
