For several reasons we can't use the json based recipe system with trees from Dynamic Trees:

• As the trees from Dynamic Trees, aren't full blocks, we can attach a tree tap to them.
• Data about the type of tree species is stored in the tile entity instead of the blockstate.
• The model needs to be translated when the trunk is thinner than one block.
