Blasting a vanilla iron ingot into Ferrite causes direct recipe conflicts with several mods. You need to create an alternative method to obtain the material.

Mods cannot take in count every recipe of every other existing mods otherwise it would be impossible to make mods. If using a modpack, it is up to the modpack maker to adjust the recipes accordingly, so best to report to its creator. You can also make a datapack to change recipes if needed.
