EnderIO adds a few liquid fuels, would it be possible to add these to the crucible furance?

Hooch, Fire Water, and Rocket Fuel.

Of is this something that is done on the EnderIO side?

You can add them yourself with my other mod ModTweaker ;)
I'll add native support for them in the future though 👍

Sorry I should have been more specific, this is for 1.7.2. As far as I know there is no minetweaker yet. Thank you for adding it at some point though :)
