1.6.4-1.2.2f RF Rod drains RF rapidly when using powersuits

the version of Modular Power suits i am using is:
1.6.2-0.9.0-84 and power suit addons version: 1.6.4-884
These are in the monster mod pack 1.1.2
Tested on both 1.2.2c and 1.2.2f the RF rod will rapidly drain its RF value while wearing a power suit if another RF powered tool is in the hot-bar sometimes it will drain into that ( seems to also ignore the max values but i suspect that's on the tools code end ) this bug is annoying though cause i cant use my favorite rod type and my power suit at the same time. It will happen anywhere on the hot-bar or main inventory ( secondary inventory like bags and backpacks don't seem to be affected )
