Cannot fill fish feeder using Fish Food Bottles

Using build 1.7.2-b12-22 - It seems the fish feeder won't detect water blocks? so the tank size is 0, so no food can go in...

Ok, it looks like i have to actually put a male fish in first before the tank gets a size? nevermind!
