Changes to NEIClientUtils in 1.7.10

Function NEIClientUtils.ItemListContains no longer exists as of CB's latest update to NEI. Causes issues with NEICrucibleRecipeHandler.

It's not but I cloned and compiled it. Will likely be out soon as it just needs a few tweaks to function.
