ModularPowerSuits treat RF Fishing rod as some kind of a battery and drain the poor rod in a matter of seconds, making it unusable when wearing MPS. Can this be fixed?

The RF Rod is intended to be charged/discharged, usable like a battery, so it probably can't be helped.
