[BUG]A controller cannot bind more than one structure

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create 2 structure
  2. Build them
  3. Let the post-registered structure execute the recipe

What I expected to happen:
Post-registered structure can progress the recipe

What happened instead:
Post-registered structure can't progress the recipe
But in the controller,it display "Formed as xxx"
In JEI , I can't see the recipes and structure
