The comments for the structures spawn chances would be more helpful if they explained whether increasing or decreasing the number makes the structure show up more or less often. Would help modpack makers balance the mod in their packs.

I wound up looking at the code in Github and making a W.A.G. (wild a** guess) that increasing the number makes the spawn rarer.
