[BUG] Config doesn't stop applying effects even when disabled.

To Reproduce

  1. Disable an option in the config relating to survival.
  2. Perform the action that would apply an effect (jumping, being cold)
  3. Notice debuffs are still applied.

Expected behavior
Nothing. It's disabled.
