everything working but / commands and mc chat

Describe the bug
the bot shows the discord chat in the minecraft server. it shows start and stop. it shows advancements, but it doesnt show the mc chat in the discord
when i try to run / commands for anything in game related, it says application failed to respons

Does chat messages works if you set the channel mode to PLAIN_TEXT ?
For commands, the mod only support text command (not slash command) by default the prefix is ! so try !help instead
