Bundling NBTCrafting causing error ruining REI

There is an issue with either MCDW or MCDA that is causing a error within NBTCrafting (I imagine you have it bundled as no other mod I have enabled does) when joining a server this error occurs and renders REI unavailable, not showing anything when opening inventory on the REI interface. You are forced to join a single player world and then join back into the MP Server to allow REI to work and show
java.lang.NullPointerException: Server player entity cannot be null

As I have not bundled NBTCrafting with any of my mods and there has been no response, I am going to close this issue
