The following armor pieces seem to have some issue with the textures when equiped on the player:
Spider Mask: shows up as a iron helmet
Spider Vest : shows up as a iron chestplate
Spider Belt : textures are incorrect (show up as white)
Wither Helmet/Chestplate: Textures dont show up at all (looks like player has not equiped anything)
Wolf/Black Wolf/Fox/Arctic Fox Leggins: the feet/bottom are not textured at all

Please provide your mod list. It will help me troubleshoot. The issue is some kind of conflict

That's fair. It would have been easier if it were typed because I am partially blind and my screen reader cannot read the images, but I'll do what I can 🙂
