Bag of Souls Code seems to prevent xp from being gained on servers sometimes

tested on server with xp bottles, all xp killed before arriving at player

Upon further inspection, MCDA is fine. This was an issue with MCDW

Upon further further inspection, this was just an issue in MCDW 4.0.0 as a result of likely the soul devourer enchantment. In any case, this is not an issue as of 4.0.2. Also My first comment was due to a temp change I made, but will not be an issue as far as can be seen. All is well, all is good

From a little additional testing it seems to be very finicky on how much xp is actually given from an xp bottle. I observed anywhere from 2 segments to 100 levels with full Souldancer and Bag of Souls 3
