Describe the bug
When you die while Gilded Glory's set bonus is active with gravestone mods
the grave won't appear and you'll lose all your items.

I have only tried this with Forgotten Graves and You're in Grave Danger mod.
both had the same result where once you die with the Gilded Glory's set bonus is active
the gravestone mod will not notify you that you die.

To Reproduce
Gilded Glory's set bonus needs to be active when the player dies with the gravestone mod

Expected behavior
When your health bar hits zero, it instantly replenishes your health bar like the totem or death barter effect.

Thank you, so much, for bringing this to our attention. It turned out to not be a compatibility issue, but an actual bug within MCDA. This has been resolved, now :)
