i have a third party server running 1.19 fabric and the ezact same mods and data packs on my pc and i can craft the items in single player and am unable to even pull up the info to craft in REI...

I am not typically this direct, but: You've made a mistake. Check your mods on your server. You are missing something. This is not the fault of MCDW. Furthermore you did not completely fill out the form nor did you include images of your mod folders on your server and client. As such, this issue shall be closed.
