Describe the bug; What happened?

during the right circumstances (for instance attacking a full health cow with an poisoning 2 golden axe), the poison status effect can kill an target becuase it has more than 1 hp but less hp than the newly boosted poison damage.

Expected Behavior

in vanilla, the poison status effect can never reduce a victim below 1 hp

This is functioning as intended. Poison Focus should allow for the poison to kill
