Describe the bug; What happened?

Poison focus isnt working. I've tried it with poison potions, poison arrows, and enchanted weapons with poisoning. None of it is changed by poison focus.

Expected Behavior

Theres no exact detail on how poison focus works but i assume it works by being put on a piece of armor and then it increases the poison tick damage by the corresponding percent depending the on level of poison focus when the poison effect is inflicted upon the target
