Describe the bug; What happened?

Enchatement Lucky Explorer dosen't work on Server, even while all configs are set on true and with that no emeralds get into player inventory

Enchantement Lucky Explorer to drop emeralds while playing on server

@Nikasukee Just making sure, are you walking in circles or are you walking a considerable distance?

considerable distance, tryed walking in a straight line - after 60 to 90 block it worked on singleplayer, on server itself it dosen't even spawn after 1000 blocks

After further testing, we found that the enchantment is working. The player was just moving too quickly and was leaving the emeralds behind as they spawned
