[Enhancement]: Update Quivers and other Artefacts to be more clear on use or develop a wiki

Describe the bug; What happened?
Quiver's do not have an explained purpose, it doesn't seem to do anything
Expected Behavior
The quiver should have some sort of explained function, maybe explained in the wiki?
