[Bug Report]: Bee Stinger enchant breaks when BetterCombat is installed

Describe the bug; What happened?
if the Better Combat mod is installed, the custom enchantment that the Bee Stinger has stops working entirely. Bee Stinger does work when Better Combat is enabled
Expected Behavior
Preferably, having Better Combat installed would not cause this enchantment to stop working
